In-Person Psychotherapy for Collingwood & Surrounding Areas & Virtual Across Ontario
If you’ve found your way here, there’s probably something in your life that doesn’t feel quite right.
Maybe you’re overwhelmed by stress or anxiety, struggling in a relationship, navigating a major life transition, carrying experiences from your past or simply feeling disconnected.
Wherever you’re starting from, therapy is a space to slow down, explore what you’re experiencing and work together to create change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma informed. I believe therapy should be more than simply learning how to manage difficult symptoms. It is also an opportunity to better understand yourself, explore what may be contributing to your concerns, work through experiences that may have shaped you, and develop new ways of responding in the present.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported – while helping you build the insight, skills, and confidence to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
I hold a double major in Psychology and Medical Science, as well as a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology. I believe strongly in lifelong learning and continue to expand my training so that I can offer thoughtful, individualized care to each client.
I'm often asked why I chose a career in mental health. For me, psychotherapy felt like a natural path—bringing together my fascination with the human mind and my desire to help others.
Outside of the office, you'll most often find me outdoors— hiking, camping, exploring local trails, or stargazing. Nature is where I feel most grounded, and it's a part of life that continues to remind me of the importance of slowing down and making space for what matters.
