I\u2019m Mariah, a registered psychotherapist and certified clinical trauma specialist. I hold a double major in Psychology and Medical Science as well as a Masters in Counselling Psychology. <br><br>\nI\u2019m often asked why I chose a career in mental health. For me, psychotherapy felt like a natural path\u2014combining my deep fascination with the human mind and my innate desire to help others. This passion not only led me to this field but also fuels my commitment to lifelong learning. <br>\nWhen I\u2019m not in the office, you\u2019ll often find me in nature \u2013hiking, camping, exploring local trails or stargazing.
